♦︎ Art comes with lifetime service of complimentary cleaning and repair. The collector is responsible for shipping or delivery to and from B.Todd.Arts studio. Onsite services for larger installations may be requested.
♦︎ Shipping will be custom quoted, invoiced and paid prior to shipping. Contact email@example.com.
♦︎ Shipped from Santa Fe, New Mexico, to all U.S. States and Canada within 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified.
♦︎ Shipments with a value of $200 and over will require a signature upon delivery.
♦︎ I sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase! If there is ever a concern with your order once it arrives please contact me, I’m happy to help. It's understandable that colors on the computer screen may appear slightly different than the original art. Please unpack your art right away and make sure the color, size and condition are what you anticipated.
♦︎ Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. You must notify firstname.lastname@example.org first before making a return. Items must be shipped back in their original packaging or professionally packed and insured with a tracking number. A refund (less shipping charges) will be issued once I have safely received the items.
♦︎ Refunds are possible should any damage occur during shipping. Pictures of the damaged item and packaging will be required in order to file an insurance claim. Please contact me for specific details. Refunds will be issued once insurance claims have been fully processed. Contact the shipper as well as email@example.com immedately.
